Depending on the print supplier the processing of your order can vary; orders should be completed and sent for shipping within 3-5 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been released for delivery. All reasonable efforts are being made to keep to this timeframe, but on occasion, extraordinary circumstances can cause a delay.

There could be a delay in getting your order ready within the collection time period, here are some of the potential reasons why:

• The product you have bought has gone out of stock or been discontinued, between placing your order to being processed, a customer care person will contact you to do a refund or exchange.
• There is an unfortunate delay, crime or accident related.
